SERVICE: Berrett will provide Pest Control Service for one year, under the terms and conditions indicated above, consisting of one regular maintenance treatment and additional treatments as deemed necessary by Berrett or as requested by the Customer. A scheduled service day will be established between Berrett and the Customer for the treatment and Customer agrees to make the premises available for service. If the premises are not available for treatment at the appointed time on the regular service day, Berrett will service the outside of the structure and leave a record of service on Customer's property. The Customer agrees to pay the normal maintenance charge for this outside service. Berrett will service the inside of the residence during the maintenance service at no additional charge if requested by the Customer.

CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY: Virtually all pesticides have some odor which may be present for a short time after application. If you or any member of your household has a sensitivity to chemical odor or chemicals, Berrett recommends that you not have your home serviced for pest control until you have consulted your physician.

SERVICE EXCLUSION: General Pest Control does not include the control or prevention of wood infesting organisms such as termites, powder post beetles, wood borers, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood wasps, or wood decay fungus. Berrett is expressly waived and released from liability for any claim for personal injury or damages to the structure or its contents caused by wood infesting organisms, fire ants, pharaoh ants, spiders, ticks, fleas, wasps, bees or other pests listed on this contract.

PRICE PROTECTION: Berrett guarantees not to increase the regular service fee for a minimum of 24 months. After the 24 month period, any increase in the service fee shall not exceed 10% of the previous year's regular service fee. (Protection guarantee does not include add-on services for specialty pests or additions to the structure).

LATE PAYMENT: If the customer fails, for any reason, to make a monthly payment within 30 days from the due date, Berrett, at its option may discontinue the service and start the collection proceedings. Upon failure to make such payments, the Customer agrees to pay all costs of collecting, including a reasonable attorney's fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Customer may cancel service agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice and refunding the initial service fee adjustment, or $75, whichever is less.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If, during the regular maintenance treatments you are not completely satisfied with the results, Berrett will return to treat the area again at no extra charge. If the situation is not rectified with a follow-up call, our Quality Control department will work with you until the situation is solved to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve your situation within a treatment period, you will be credited back your last regular maintenance service payment.

*Service credit only applies to customers on the one-year service agreement plan. Rodents can only be guaranteed with the purchase of a Rodent
Exclusion.

** Berrett Pest Management cannot guarantee that you will not see any bugs after or during the time you are on our service program. Most of the products that we use are designed to eliminate pests over a period of time so as to get longer, more thorough control. In order to avoid unnecessary health risks, we try to avoid putting anything around your structure of a residual nature that will kill pests immediately on contact. For this reason, pests may occasionally enter your property or structure from outside locations. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy ensures that if this happens, we will usually be out to take care of it within 1 business day from the time we are notified.
